Creamy Paprika Pasta
Who likes an empty fridge?? Not me! With just a few ingredients you can make this creamy and flavorful pasta without needing a trip to Whole Foods!
Ingredients:
-Cavatelli Pasta
-1 ½ cup of Heavy cream
-½ a cup of Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
-¼ cup of freshly shredded Cheddar cheese
-Salt
-Black Pepper
-3 tbs of Paprika
-Basil for the garnish
Steps:
Step #1: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil then add pasta along with salt. Follow the cooking time on the pasta box. Drain the pasta, make sure to save ¼ cup of pasta water!
Step #2: Start heating up a saucepan with the heavy cream in it. Freshly shred both cheeses and add them to the heavy cream. Once cheese is melted, add salt, pepper, paprika and the pasta water.
Step #3: Add the sauce to your pasta and mix. Plate along with some basil to garnish. Enjoy💙
