Overnight Oats

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I’m sure that you have heard this before. So why not make it the tastiest meal of the day?!

Ingredients: ( all for one serving)

-¼ cup of Old Fashioned Oats

-2 tbs Honey

-2 tbs Chia Seed

-1 tsp Maple syrup

-½ cup 2% Fat Milk

-Strawberries for serving

Steps:

Step #1: Pour the oats, honey, syrup, and chia seeds into a glass jar.

Step #2: Submerge the oats in milk, depending on the consistency that you prefer, tweak the measurement of the milk. ½ a cup will get it tender, but not very milky.

Step #3: Leave in the fridge overnight. When ready to eat top with strawberries or your favorite fruits. Enjoy!💙
