4 INGREDIENT GRANOLA
I was tired of all granola including nuts or other allergens. When I did find granola that I could eat, it was full of sugar or just wasn’t appealing. So, I created this recipe with no common allergens or added sugars!
Ingredients:
-2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
-¼ cup of honey
-½ cup of Chia Seeds
-2 tbs of Maple Syrup
Steps:
Step #1: Preheat oven to 340 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the oats, honey, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Mix to combine. Place parchment paper on a baking tray and spread out the mixture evenly. Don’t spread it out too thinly because the edges may burn.
Step #2: Place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Depending on how thick the mixture is. Take it out when the granola seems slightly browned. Eat this with Greek yogurt (my personal favorite!) or sprinkle on top of fruits! Enjoy 💙
