Protein Breakfast Smoothie

What better way to start a summer morning than with a healthy and rich smoothie! This smoothie is high in not only protein but fiber as well! Add this easy and quick breakfast to your weekly plan throughout the summer!

Ingredients:

-3 chunks of frozen pineapple

-3 strawberries

-¼ cup of blueberries

-A handful of spinach

-¼ cup of milk

-1 tbs. of hemp seeds

-1 tbs. of chia seeds

Steps:

Step #1: In a smoothie blender, combine all the ingredients and mix with a spoon. Blend.
