Berry Smoothie
This crisp and refreshing berry smoothie is sweet and full of protein and nutrients! It’s such an amazing treat and can be whipped up in minutes! Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding or reducing the amount of honey.
Ingredients:
-½ cup of frozen berries
-½ cup of milk of your choice
-⅓ cup of Greek yogurt
-2 tbs. of hemp seeds
-Handful of spinach and/or kale
-Honey (adjust to your liking)
Steps:
Step #1: In a smoothie blender, add the berries, milk, yogurt, hemp seeds, spinach, kale, and honey.
Step #2: Blend. Depending on personal preference, add milk for a smoother and thinner smoothie. Enjoy 💙
