2 Ingredient Oat Wraps

Think of these oat wraps as savory pancakes full of protein! They pair perfectly with crispy lettuce, sweet corn, and charred chicken skewers! Never underestimate their simplicty!

Ingredients:

-1 cup of old fashioned oats

-¾ cup of water (plus more for later)

-Oil for greasing

-Favorite savory toppings such as chicken and lettuce

Steps:

Step #1: Pour the oats into a large dish and submerge the oats in the water. Mix with a fork until all combined then cover with a lid for about an hour. This step is crucial to assure that the oats soak up all the water.

Step #4: Continue this process with all the batter acknowledging that the pan will gradually get hotter. Serve with your favorite toppings! Enjoy💙

Step #2: Pour the soaked oats into a food processor. If the oats seem dry, add a little water to the mixture. Blend until a smooth and silky mixture is formed.

Step #3: In a skillet or cast iron, grease it with oil of your choice. Start by pouring ¼ of the batter onto the pan. Once the wrap begins to brown on the sides, using a fork, create a cross-hatch pattern on the top of the wrap. This helps achieve a browning when flipped. Once the bottom looks browned, flip.
